I received a nightmare ticket which I had no clue how to deal with: 117 MPH in a 70. I was also only 22 years old at the time and being an out-of-state driver receiving that monstrosity as my very first traffic citation (not to mention my first time ever being pulled over) was a very frightening and panic-inducing experience. I was looking at tremendous fines and a suspension of my license, but I ended up getting in touch with Joseph Henry and he was able to get my speed reduced to 84 in a 70 with no suspension, no points on my license, and no jail time OR court appearances! All I had to pay was the original fine and I never even had to pay the separate Georgia super speeder cost. He's very professional, friendly, communicative, and he's extremely knowledgable of how the courts, jurisdictions, and laws work. He did not settle for anything less than the best outcome and he secured a resolution that was better than anything I dreamed of getting. Hiring Mr. Henry was one of the best decisions of my life and I could not have found a better lawyer anywhere. I strongly recommend Joseph Henry for any sticky traffic situation or anything else you may have gotten yourself into!

As a Commercial Vehicle Operator, maintaining a clean MVR and obtaining NO CSA POINTS are as important assuring the general safety of motoring public. Somewhere along the road, I was pulled over for driving through a residential neighborhood (mind you I was more concerned than the vehicles alongside m) and ticketed with failure to obey a traffic control device. I honestly never saw even one device after making two separate turns which led me through the area where by that time being 80 feet in length after seeing the sign not only was it too late, but I was committed at that point. When the local Monty questioned me, I was sincere. A verbal warning was apparently not sufficient. After attempting to reach and speaking to various attorneys in the area, I felt the most comfortable with Mr. Henry based on the outcome he believed could be achieved. I couldn’t be more pleased with said outcome. Nothing will be reported. I can’t say that I will find myself such a situation again, but should such an event present itself, I wouldn’t call anyone else!

I’d give him 6 stars if I could. I’ve had a lot of experience with attorneys through my divorce and child custody and I feel like their goal is to bill you for as much time as they can without achieving my goal. It’s like a game they play. Mr. Henry was affordable, knowledgeable, charismatic and compassionate. He met me at court multiple times to request a continuance in an effort to give my case an advantage. I was very satisfied with the outcome and even more impressed with the time and effort he applied. I actually felt guilty and asked him if I could pay him more. Traffic, DUI, Speeding whatever your infraction, take my word and call him. I hired him blindly and got very very lucky.

Hiring Mr. Henry was the best decision of my life! I was going up against a stubborn prosecutor and an award-winning officer (2015 Officer of the Year from the Governor's Office of Highway Safety) who had NEVER lost a DUI trial in a county (Forsyth County) that is very pro-law enforcement and Mr. Henry earned me a Not Guilty verdict and saved my career! I didn't blow but displayed 6 out of 6 clues on the HGN test. 3 out of 8 in the walk and turn and 3 out of 4 in the one-leg stand. The prosecutor refused to settle for a reckless driving charge despite Mr. Henry's countless efforts so we were forced to take it to trial. Mr. Henry left no stone unturned. He dissected the dashcam video. Argued up the strong points and justified the negative moments in a very relatable way to the jury. His courtroom presence really helped turn the tide in my favor in a very tricky case that could've gone either way. The jury came back with a Not Guilty verdict in less than 2 hours which is almost unheard of for a DUI trial! That's how effective Mr. Henry was. The look on the judge's face said it all. He couldn't believe it. Leading up to the trial, Mr. Henry was in constant contact with me the entire way. He would call me with regular updates and was never more than a phone call or text away if I had any questions. We had several lengthy discussions that really helped put my mind at ease. When you are his client, Mr. Henry doesn't play by typical business hours. We even met Super Bowl Sunday just to make sure we were absolutely 100% prepared and on the same page before trial the following morning. Who does that? Mr. Henry, that's who. Whether it's working weekends, late nights, holidays, Mr. Henry will do whatever it takes to be the most prepared person in the courtroom and the results speak for themselves. If you're having doubts about hiring Mr. Henry, stop it. Stop it right now!! You will not find an attorney who is more hard-working and more knowledgeable than Mr. Henry and I challenge you to find an attorney who cares more about their client than Mr. Henry because you won't find one.
