I was scheduled for fta court on suspended registration and due to another legal matter I could not appear in court myself. I called this firm as well as many others the day before I was set to appear. Not only was this the best rate I could find of anyone available to take it the next day, but in that short time frame I had numerous conversations with the team and specifically Benjamin who was representing me. He made sure to have the full picture before going into court and was honest with me on what I might expect. I would have appreciated having it reduced and possibly reset, yet he was fighting for the best possible outcome. The next morning he was able to get my case dismissed and a few hours later I was walking out of the dds with my license. Words can not express. This is my go-to firm for traffic violations from this point forward, and Benjamin is a hero. I highly recommend to my friends, family and anyone else reading this. In August 2021 I was attempting to make a left turn from a parking lot. My turn signals were on and all of the prevailing traffic was yielding to me with the exception of one driver in a center turn lane. She was traveling at an excessive rate of speed slamming into me and totaling my 2014 Honda Accord. I was given a citation for failure to yield and in the state of Georgia was considered to be at fault. It took 3 months to get a new car after this accident due to the chip shortage and lack of dealer inventory. Benjamin Mozingo from Hendrick and Henry Law took my case and got my citation reduced to a basic rules violation with no points on my license. I am very grateful to Ben and his firm who helped me through a very traumatic time.
