When I got my DUI I was scared, helpless, and lost. I didn't know what to do or where to go. I had several lawyers contacting me after I received my charge, but I was skeptical. I had a friend recommend Joseph to me and after our consultation, I knew that he was the lawyer for me. He was easy to talk to and really helped me understand what my best options were. Being that English is not my first language I was nervous about miscommunication, but he made everything clear and concise to me so there was absolutely no confusion. He is very accommodating. I highly recommend Joseph as a lawyer and if I could I would give him ten stars. He is very professional and friendly. He was extremely persistent and fought for me until my DUI charges were lowered to Reckless Driving. It wasn't easy and it took a while, but he never gave up. My family and I are forever grateful for everything that you have done for us.

A very wonderful experience not once but twice! This law firm saved me twice! I more than recommend them! I called around to several law firms, but they weren’t so sure about helping me the way I wanted. I’m glad I came across Hendrick & Henry Law firm. They helped me to dismissed “TWO” super speeders (93 mph and 98 mph). Not once I had to show up in court, they took care of everything. I got these two tickets just few months apart. The tickets were dismissed and did not go on my records, nor did I earn any points on my license. Everyone working at this firm is nice and professional from Claudia to Attorney Ben etc etc... I was able to get a hold of Ben even on days that the office was close. I’m more than grateful for the service I received. The moment I received the ticket I was livid, but after speaking to Ben on the phone I’m more at ease. Again they “saved” me! They are very responsive to calls and emails as well.

I received a nightmare ticket which I had no clue how to deal with: 117 MPH in a 70. I was also only 22 years old at the time and being an out-of-state driver receiving that monstrosity as my very first traffic citation (not to mention my first time ever being pulled over) was a very frightening and panic-inducing experience. I was looking at tremendous fines and a suspension of my license, but I ended up getting in touch with Joseph Henry and he was able to get my speed reduced to 84 in a 70 with no suspension, no points on my license, and no jail time OR court appearances! All I had to pay was the original fine and I never even had to pay the separate Georgia super speeder cost. He's very professional, friendly, communicative, and he's extremely knowledgable of how the courts, jurisdictions, and laws work. He did not settle for anything less than the best outcome and he secured a resolution that was better than anything I dreamed of getting.
