I received a citation after a traffic accident and contacted Hendrick & Henry in the hopes of avoiding a conviction and points on my license. Fees were reasonable, and I was kept informed at every step of the way. In the end, my ticket was reduced to non-reporting and no conviction. I highly recommend Hendrick & Henry.

Awesome law group. Received a super speeder ticket while driving on I75. Found this law firm on google and contacted them. They got back to me very quickly. I hired them to help reduce my super speeding ticket which they did! No points on my license and no reporting to my insurance company. I also didn’t have to pay the extra speeder fine! They kept in constant contact with me via email through the process. Hopefully I will not have to use them again however, I would recommend this law firm to anyone who has received a speeding ticket in Georgia. Thank you Hendrick and Henry Law Firm!

I’m not the to leave reviews but this lawyer right here deserves one! If I could do more then a review I would Mr Henry helped me get my cdl back in less then 24 hours ! I don’t even have to go back to court about this !!!! I was way past my time to even get that opportunity to appeal anything. My first time ever using a lawyer I was scared of outcome. We were going on a family vacation so we were driving through some hick town in Georgia. I was clocked at 98 he could've took me to JAIL! but luckily he didn't although he mentioned it several times. In any case in Georgia you get 2 tickets for speeding and I got a wreck less driving so I was upset that I was getting all these tickets (3) for 1 infraction. In any case to make matters worse at my job the wreck less driving ticket could get me fired so after I realized that I started getting sick, I had sleepless nights like I saw my career flash before my eyes so I started reading reviews and searching for lawyers to help me. I came across Hendricks and Henry never heard of them but I followed my gut and tried them. Hallelujah!!!!! Thank you! Jesus! I was like Lazarus and they resurrected me from the dead! I was facing a huge increase in insurance premiums, huge legal fines (3500) plus attorney's fees, plus losing my job! and that would prevent me from getting hired in the future. I was terrified! But Attorney Henry took my case and fought it on my behalf (I didn't have to come to court which was great because I live in another state.) I ended up paying 500 and nothing was on my record he made it all disappear, POUFF! It never happened. He and his staff are amazing! Hire them you won't be disappointed!!!

I'm so glad I was fortunate enough to be represented by mr. Henry. To my surprise, he called me with the plan of action to speak with the prosecutor and what he was going to do to protect my CDL. He recommended I take the defensive driving class which I did, and he did what he said he would do negotiating with the prosecutor and now I can breathe easy. Hallelujah!!! I was passing through Ashburn, Georgia on I-75 at the end of March 2019 when I was pulled over for speeding. Since I am a Florida resident (and student at the time of the incident), I wanted to dispute this ticket so I would not have to deal with points and other insurance issues transferring over to my Florida license, as well as the super-speeder fines associated with tickets for drivers 20+ mph over the speed limit. I contacted Hendrick & Henry Law the week after the ticket was issued and they immediately took on my case. Within three weeks they negotiated with the County Court to lower the mph on the ticket. The only costs I had to cover for the entire case were attorney fees (covering court costs) and the balance for the reduced ticket. I would recommend Hendrick & Henry Law Firm for similar cases like mine for their quality and expertise in these issues and expedience!

The level or service here is fantastic. Mr. Henry and his staff handled my speeding ticket and it was everything I needed. My experience was with Mr. Joseph K. Henry he took on a rare situation with DMV for me it happened to be an identity info theif which to make it simple to explain I live in New York and the issue was in Georgia. I received a speeding ticket a few months ago. It wasn't too big a deal, and the fine was not large, but I was not looking forward to years of increased insurance premiums. My wife found Attorney Joseph Henry, of Hendrick and Henry Law, and was very impressed by the extraordinary reviews he received. So I gave his office a call. Right away I was impressed by the attention I got from the Hendrick and Henry staff. I was told how the process worked, what I would need to do and provide, and what to expect through the entire process. I subsequently was notified when the office received the documentation they requested of me. That was the first of many proactive notifications (from Claudia) all along the way as each milestone in my case was reached. I never once had to be concerned about what was going on with my case, as I was informed well in advance every step of the way. Once or twice I had a question, and they were immediately and knowledgeably answered. In the end, Mr. Henry delivered the exact result I was hoping to get. Reduced charge, clean record maintained. I cannot recall any transaction of any kind in my past that was handled so professionally and efficiently. Hopefully, I never have to engage Mr. Henry for a repeat performance, but I would confidently and without hesitation do so if necessary, and I recommend the same for anybody else in a similar situation. The way my relatively minor case was handled speaks volumes about their attention to detail and consideration for their clients. Oh and almost forgot, their fee was very reasonable.
