Attorney Smith worked persistently on my case as he demonstrated excellent listening skills that helped to build our trusting rapport. He showed me that my case mattered as he kept in touch through making calls to me and my insurance company. I hardly had to lift a finger. All I had to do was show up to my doctors' appointments.
