Mr Hodges wasn't the first lawyer I spoke with, but 5 minutes into our initial consultation, I knew that my search for the "perfect fit" was over. Mr Hodges heard my story and responded to me as if I were his first and only client with my legal problem. He was very specific about what he would do for me and what he expected out of me. I admit that there were times that I was depressed and feeling overwhelmed but Mr Hodges was always available to me with encouragement and advice. We worked together to bring forth a positive outcome and that effort paid off; the disposition of my case was better than I had hoped for. I interact with attorneys with a high degree of frequency. Foss is not the typical attorney. He was well above average and everything I could have asked for in my case. He dug into the case, learned what he didn't know, got the information he needed from the other side, and consulted other respected sources when he was unsure about how to advise me on particular aspects of the case.
