She didn't want to work for me, kept asking me to corporate. Never wanted to oppose the Government. I ended up taking a plea well over my guide lines. I filed a ineffective assistant council and gave back 54 months. I was given 175 months, worked on my own case, filed the motion and won in the court of appeals. No matter how much money you pay an attorney the evidence will determine what strategy to use to get the best possible results. A complaint about receiving $20,000.00 and still going to prison does not reveal that the exposure was for 10 to 20 years and the outcome was for 24 months in custody, actually an amazing outcome.
