You were rated a 1 because I called your office and was told you would get back to me, but you didn't get back to me. I then went to your web site and sent you a message using your "contact" posting, but again no reply. I did this because I had met with Clyde Royals and discussed my case and he said to get hold of him and he would review my case. I can understand if you feel you don't feel you want to handle my matter, but at least tell me that. This case is important to me even if it is not important to you. Let me know if you want to discuss this matter.
