I retained Mr. Hilton's services following my husband's death. Besides probation my husband's will. I needed legal help in attaining guardianship of my step-grandson. My husband had been his legal guardian since 2005. Mt grandson is 34 and special needs.
Mr. Hilton suggested we just ask the court to transfer the guardianship which eliminated a lot of extra steps. He handled all the arrangements and we were successful in having the guardianship transferred.

Due to a recent family member passing suddenly without a will I realized how important it is to have one myself. Mr. Hilton handled the drafting and execution of my will in a reasonable time frame as discussed. He was professionable and I would recommend him to family and friends. Thanks Mr Hilton!

She’s a very unresponsive attorney who relies on good reviews to make up for her honestly terrible reviews. I’m sick of attorneys doing everything they can to make an already-bad criminal justice system even worse. She’ll take your money & give you great counsel, or she’ll take your money & give you terrible, absent counsel. There is no in-between. Attorneys like her rely on a dumb public to take advantage of them. Do yourself a favor & look elsewhere. There are a lot more consistently reliable attorneys out there. Trust me!

She didn’t help my brother at all. She didn’t fight for him. She didn’t prepare enough to help him or his case. All she did was take his money and went on about her day. My brother was mistreated in Douglas county jail and she did nothing about that. His charge shouldn’t have had the same results as someone with a public defender when you’re paying a lawyer thousands of dollars. Don’t use her for criminal defense.
