“she rarely returned phone calls or emails even after following up multiple times for a responses, her paralegal was so rude at times on the phone to a point that we was scared to even call, there was times she didn't even remember what we had consulted with her on and then when we was at court she would say this is the first she was hearing of it and then when we reminded her we discussed this with her she would say she must have forgot.”
