After having an immediate consultation with Mrs. McKnight, the Attorney as to who I had the pleasure of working with was, Brittney Young. She took my case and thrived. She had many options available and was able to legal and personally provide the right course of actions behind all options and we were able to decide on the best one for me. All of her actions were very strategic. I would absolutely recommend Ms.Young, as she is able to empathize with your situation. I also appreciated the fact that the legal team allowed time to sync on cases to also come up with the best course of action(s) for clients. The key things I would also like to relay in this review is: 1.Relationship with your legal team. The relationship was genuine. I did not feel like she was just "after the money". Our personalities matched, which made it easier to deal with. 2.Responsiveness from your legal team. Ms. Young and her team was always readily available. If Ms. Young was not available at the exact moment, her paralegal or team rep responded to me via client portal or even took the time to call me via phone to let me know if the paralegal was able to assist, Ms. Young is in court, or to set an immediate appointment to speak to Ms. Young. 3.Ease of access to a client portal. Once given access, the client portal is self explanatory. All instructions given are clear, concise and easy to follow. If any questions arise, call the office and they will walk you through. This made it easier to communicate vs. email. In emails, items can be easily overlooked on both ends. Meaning the law firm and client. 4.Results from the final judgment. All results are situation dependent with any case. For my case, Ms. Young filed what was very necessary for me and my family. These four items are important when looking for an attorney.
