Jason 변호사는 그가 승리하기 위해 싸울 수 있다고 확신시켜 줍니다. 문자 메시지에 그 내용이 있어요. 채용 당시 제이슨 변호사는 자신이 급하게 해외로 나갈 예정이라며, 근방 다녀 올테니 당분간 만이라도 본인하고 일하는 변호사님한테 잠시 맡겨도 괜찬야고 하셔셨고 전 내 아들 재판이 날자가 다가오고 있었기 때문에 나는 동의했습니다. 그는 내 아들의 재판 비용으로 나에게 25,000달러를 청구했습니다. 제이슨 박 변호사가 저에게 금요일에 법정에 출석해 달라고 부탁했습니다. 목요일 오후에 법원에 언제 가야 하는지 알아보기 위해 계속 메시지를 보내고 전화를 하고 음성 메일을 남겼는데도 아무 소식이 없었습니다. 아예 씹더군요. 금요일 11시쯤 제이슨 변호사에게서 연락이 왔어요. 제 아들 plea Deal 했다고 하시면서 제 아들 선택이기 때문에 탄원 제안을 받아들였다고 말했습니다. 이건 정말 자다 봉창 뜻어지는소리,,,,,… 그러면서 변호사가 5000달러를 환불해 준다고 하면서 자기네들이끝가지 책임줘 준다고. 2년 후 보호 관찰을 처리하고 모들 기록 봉인할 것이라고 말했습니다. 이것이 결과라면 나는 결코 내 아들의 이전 변호사를 해고하지 않았을 것입니다. 나는 그가 제공한 서비스에 대한 항목별 청구서를 요청했고 그리고 내 아들의 보호 관찰에 대한 약속 편지/보증서를 요청했읍니다. 변호사님은 우리가 요청한 자료를 거부 했습니다. 지난주 변호사님께 다시 메시지를 보냈는데 답장이 없었습니다. 나는 그 변호인 말을 믿었기 때문에 $25,000를 trial fee로 드렸지 deal 할줄 알았으면 그렇게 큰 금액 들이지 않았을 것입니다 단일 사건에 변호사 1 분도 부담스런데 2분 이나 필효없이… 한국 가신다 말만. 안가셨잖아요??? 나는 그 변호사 동기라는 것을 정말로 이해하지 못합니다. 서비스 명세서와 환불을 원합니다. I had an attorney for my son that I have paid fully $14000, 00 exact. As mother I was scared and i wasn’t confident about current lawyer. After reaching out to my church my pastor receive Positive Review about attorney Jason through one of the judge he knows in South Korea. After receiving such good review I have called attorney Jason and we set up the meeting. Attorney Jason gave Negative feedback about my son’s current attorney stating that he doesn’t want to go to trial that’s why he’s trying to take plea deals. Also stating he knows about my current attorney. He wants to take my son’s case after reviewing some Evidence. Attorney Jason Assure me that he can fight this to win. I have that in text message. At time of hired, attorney Jason claims he’s going overseas and ask us if he’s parter can assist with my son case until he get back from Korea . My son trial was coming up so I agreed. He charge me $25,000 for my son’s trial. Attorney Jason park ask me to be at court on Friday. I messaged and call and left voicemail on Thursday afternoon to find out what time I need to be at the court but either one of them return my calls. On Friday attorney Jason called me stating they took the plea offer starting it was my son’s choice. Attorney refund me $5000. He also stated that in 2 years he will handle the Probation and have it dropped and all records are sealed. If this is outcome I would have never fired my son’s previous attorney. I ask for itemized bills for the service he provided and write me Promise letters/Guarantee for my sons probation to be drop and sealed he refused to what we’re Entitled to. I have messaged him again last week or so ago no reply. Today I decided to write reviews about my experience, after posting attorney Jason messages me stating I should be grateful that my son didn’t get 25 years. I Waste $20,000 because I believe in he’s words Why would anyone need 2 attorney for single case? Attorney Jason did not go overseas. I truly don’t understand he’s Motives. I want bill of service and refund.

Jason Park is hands down the best lawyer I could have asked for to represent me. He plead my case to the judge so articulately and genuinely that I got the best possible situation out of my scenario. We were looking through about 10 other lawyers regarding my case, all who wouldn't even bother taking it or try fighting it as well as he did since they thought my consequence seemed finalized. Jason took every extra step to take care of me and my case and it showed tremendously. 1000% would recommend Jason to anyone needing his expertise.
