Got into my first accident right before Thanksgiving of last year and just recently concluded the settlement. Eddie helped me every step of the way despite the legal process taking nearly a year (not their fault). He's very professional and punctual and answered every question I had, no matter how trivial. Jean, whom I had the pleasure to meet briefly, was courteous and professional. They fight hard and take care of you. Got into a accident and thanks to the team I was able to get the help I needed. Specifically Jean helped me understand the legal terms and explained to me what these complicated terms meant, which I really appreciated since everything was so new and confusing for me. She kept me updated whenever there was an update in my case and was always in reach whenever I had any questions. I feel as though this level of communication given by the team is what really made a huge difference in my level of comfort and trust in my case.
