Jennifer went above and beyond to represent me and my needs. She thorough explained the process, what to expect, the timeframe, etc. I even had questions about something not pertaining to my account and she answered and helped. Jennifer made sure I was mentally and physically okay. If I was not comfortable with something, she did not push. I have never experienced professionalism like this. She also became a friend and would ask me about things going on and often check in. I am forever grateful that she represented me.
