My experience with Keith and his paralegal was nothing less than great!!! He assisted me in the creation of my estate documents and created a living trust, will, POA, medical directives, and a few more documents for me. I called and asked about services and asked to be emailed. I was told that they would email me if they could not reach me by phone. They called from a blocked number and left a voice mail and never emailed. When I had originally called and was trying to ask another question, the person on the phone just hung up on me. I'm moving on to the next person. Nobody wants to use a service that's difficult to access.
