I was referred to this office by a close friend. The Zdrilich Law Group staff was so helpful to me the entire time! Andrea called me consistently every two weeks to see how I was feeling, etc. Attorney Joe kept me in the loop as to what was going on with my case. They are are the best, hands down! I don't do reviews often, but had to do this one. My case was negotiated and settled quickly. Love this attorney and staff!

My car was rearended while stopped and pushed into the car in front, causing a 5 car pileup. Because of the statements made by the other drivers I needed a lawyer and Joe Zdrilich was recommended by a friend. He understood the situation, contacted the parties involved, collected the relevant information from the others and my car’s Event Data Recorder. Joe and his firm handled all the health and insurance records required and I was free to recover without concerns about legal issues. Everything worked out well at the end.

Mr. Zdrilich is hands down an excellent attorney. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, gave sound advice and worked efficiently on my daughters injury case. His staff is fantastic as well. I appreciated Mr. Zdrilich's common sense approach and his professionalism when working with opposing counsel. He truly cares about his clients. Case settled without unnecessary depositions, trial, etc. and was a very satisfactory outcome. I would very highly recommend his services.

My wife and I were referred to Joseph by one of our friends. We were thinking of a bigger firm with many billboard advertisements since we never know and heard his name around the town even we lived Gwinnett and DeKalb County for over 20 years. So it was a bit of hesitant to give our case to him. But long story short, I never had a lawyer that responsive. Unfortunately, I had numerous accidents in the past but most of the lawyers that I dealt with were only requires to meet about two times form the start to the end. First, meet when I handed to the case and signed the contract and when I signing my settlement. In between, normally there's no explanation just wait until lawyer contacts me back. Joseph wasn't like that at all! He was always there to answer all of your questions. He is really responsive whenever I ask him a question. Usually, get answered as soon as in a few minutes. The longest time he took was a few hours because I asked after midnight by email. However, to be honest, not all of the experience with him was so great. Sometimes when we had a question, he really talks a lot. Since he is pretty talkative, we had to cut him quite often especially face to face meetings or with phone calls. So we usually prefer text or email communications. The fee was a bit higher than my previous lawyers. It was between 35% ~ 45% of the total recovered amount depending on the phase of the litigation process. I believe we ended on the phase where the fee was at 40%. So the bottom line, we will definitely recommend him and his team for sure! Hopefully, we don't need to see him again for the reason that we've seen him in the first place but if we need to recover our medical bills or someone needs legal assistance to get their money recovered, we'll be back to him. Also, many people around us kinda surprised since our settlement was way faster than the typical litigation process by other lawyers.

I had never been through something like this before and had ZERO clue as to processes and what to do next. Every step of the way I was, kept well informed, any questions I asked were answered promptly, and thoroughly. My hand was fractured in the accident, and due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to complete my therapy sessions. I was panicked right before my deposition (again had never done this before), both he and his staff calmed my nerves and made everything a breeze! I went in thinking I would only have my medical bills covered, due to not being able to complete therapy. In the end, I received that and a considerable amount more! Start to finish my case was settled very quickly. (It would have been settled sooner, but the other party was less than responsive) I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Zdrilich and his firm.

I am very pleased with the way this law group handled my case. They were very nice, professional and efficient and did their part to make sure everything was said and understood on both our ends. They made me feel comfortable in their office and even had snacks and cold drinks (which was a plus for me)!
