Because I knew nothing, I had a lot of small and big questions. But those two never made me feel bad about all the questions I asked. They work for what's best for you. If there is a harder way that brings a better result than an easier way with less satisfying result, these people here will not hesitate to take the harder way for the best result possible. Way above and beyond! Kim and her support staff far acceded expectations. I first went with a big named law firm that is frequently seen on tv. I didn’t feel recognized there. So a coworker referred me to the rice firm from there church. he also is using them on his vehicle injury claim. Kim’s personal touch put me at ease during this long process. Life gets hard dealing with an accident. Work, pain, doctor visits, and money issues. Lot to deal with and with the court’s involvement takes time. Dealing with lawyers in my past I know emails and phone calls cost money. The rice firm is kind and extremely helpful getting appointments scheduled and records managed. They took as much as they could off my plate. Then the pay date came. My lawyer was swift and tactful in fighting for top dollar and not spending years doing so. So I would think once I got my check everything is good “cya later!” No! They called all the doctors and service providers asking and requesting discounts. I was so lucky to receive another check that took my breath away. I’m lucky to have had them taking me through this journey. I hope they give me a good review. Our relationship has grown since this started. They ask about my girls and enjoy pictures I share. I will always give the rice firm my highest respect they def earn it.
