새해 가족여행으로 공항에 가던 중 차사고를 당한 가족입니다. 미국에 와서 처음 겪게된 차 사고여서 너무 당황스럽고 어찌할 지를 몰라서 겁도 났었는데 얼마전 지인 분이 겪으신 차사고를 잘 해결해 주신 곳이 있다고 소개받아서 저도 연락을 드렸었어요. 지니 윤 변호사님, 처음에 제가 전화드렸을때 얼마나 놀라셨냐고 괜찮으시냐고 걱정해주시고 위로해주셔서 마음이 놓이고 그때 너무 감사했었어요. 차 사고 처리를 어떻게 해야하는지 하나도 몰랐는데 제가 준비해야 할 일은 하나도 없이 알아서 다 척척 해결해주시고 해결 과정동안 계속 상황 보고 해주시고, 신경써 주신 덕분에 정말 편안한 마음으로 지낼 수 있었습니다. 차도 말끔하게 고쳤고, 보상 또한 만족스럽게 잘 해결해 주셔서 정말 감사드려요. 이런 일이 또 생기면 안되겠지만 혹시 모를 상황을 겪게 되면 꼭 다시 연락드릴게요. 지니윤 변호사님 그리고 애써주신 제임스 라이스 변호사 사무실 모든 분들 정말 감사합니다.

Everyone at the firm has been great from the start to get things going. Also introduced me to a chiropractor that has been great, and I'm still going to this date even after a year.
