Attorney Ashley Black took on a case for one of my elderly and disabled family members. She went beyond what was expected and treated him with kindness and compassion. Our family could tell she really cared about the client as a person and not just another case. I highly recommend the Black Firm and will definitely use them again in the future.

I am new to the Atlanta area and was in need of an affordable Lawyer. I called around many times until I finally reached The Ashley Black Law Firm. Her staff were very encouraging and attentive to my needs. Ms. Black talked with me in a free consultation. She advised me of what I should do to handle my situation. She also reviewed my documents free of charge and also shared information with me that most lawyers would have charged a fee. I was surprised but happy she didn’t mind sharing her expertise so that I could accurately complete the legal process. Thank you Ms. Black for your unselfish willingness to help in time of need.

I highly recommend "The Black Firm." Ashley Black, Attorney, helped me through the process of obtaining the court order I needed to assist me in getting needed documents concerning my deceased brother. Although I live in Florida, my brother resided in Atlanta. I researched various attorneys and she was the most inexpensive attorney. I knew nothing about her firm, but I got quality treatment. Ms. Black and her assistant, Sharon Frazier-Moore were very professional and patient with me. I was blessed to find "The Black Firm."

The Black Firm did an amazing job with helping my family set up a trust. We started off with an initial consultation. Ashley B. used this time to explain the major differences between a will/trust, along with other services offered. She also informed me on other documents that they were able to incorporate, and offered suggestions based on my family structure. They offered me time to make a decision without pressure. Once I was ready to move forward, the intake process was seamless since I only had to fill out an application. From there the documents were generated, and I was able to review before making things final. The prices are reasonable too. 5 stars, keep up the great work!

I've only had excellent experiences with The Black Firm and I don't consult with any other legal practice in the Atlanta area. You're in the hands of legal experts whenever you work with the Black Firm. Every time, my needs have been completely seen and heard. Asking for legal help can be overwhelming, but when you're working with people you can trust -- it makes a major difference. You breathe better when you have backup on your side. That support matters. Business law, estate planning, personal injury, civil litigation, etc. They do it all!

A slightly long review because I can't stress how important this is first of all Thank you to Attorney Ashley Black: I have a friend he's a truck driver on the road a lot his mom just suddenly passed away in December now him and his siblings are not getting alone at all his sister wants to be in charge and run the show(so to speak) his mom was a elderly widow that lived in a very small country town she had no Will, no estate plans but kept her important business such as money, insurance policy, deeds to the house in a shoe box back in a room under a bed, the sons had to come from other states but once they arrived there the box was no where to be found. My friend knew what was in the box because the mom TOLD him where it was and what was in it she was leaving the house to him and there's a 10,000 insurance policy that was in his name alone with cash. When I contacted Attorney Ashley she was so....very helpful she look over the paperwork which was a quick claim deed with all their names on it which means it was left to all of them but there was no Will, nothing in writing saying who was the executive over her affairs which is leaving everything up in the open. Attorney Ashley answered every question and explained it in details where we understood it but she clearly stated how important it is to have your business in WRITING she educated me on so many things that I had no knowledge of that's very beneficial because sometimes we don't think about issues until issues happens such as death, it can break a family apart Attorney Ashley explained to me that's why you need Estate planning/A Will meaning you will know who gets the house, car, money etc...once you pass away It's hard to greive and have to worry about funeral arrangements, how it going to get paid for, who's name is on the policy's to avoid all that go talk to Attorney Ashley Black she wants to help you have a piece of mind.

The Black Firm has a good system for interacting with clients virtually. Associates I interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful. I felt that my business was valued.
