I went to do a patent search and at that time I couldn't get the answer so I had to get the total information 2mounts later and she agree to give me the answer , by telefone, without charges but, when the time comes , I called , several times, they didn't returned my messages and nether call me back and they promises . The worse, they sad they have to charge for another consultation and sad I shouldn't have to pay the full amount for , so they took my credit car information , I talked to the lawyer , and without my knowledge , they charge the full amount.
