Fast and easy closing on our home. Everything was explained clearly and the whole process was painless as could be. I will say if you have a long name bring some pain cream because you have a lot of signing ahead of you haha.

Absolute nightmare working with me , spent weeks requesting payoff letters only to show up to closing sign everything then be told the wire transfer from seller will not be happening until paperwork is corrected. Hope to never do business with them again!

Working with O’Kelley & Sorohan was like pulling teeth. Our pre-closer, Blair, was completely unresponsive, and my agent and I always had to follow up multiple times by phone and email to get any response at all.
All of the interactions I had with different people at the firm were impersonal and cold.

I had a closing at this office on last week. The atmosphere is like a production line. My broker sent clear DA instructions which were ignored. I stood at the front desk asking for items. They seemed so unorganized. I emailed a request after the closing
( because the DA instructions were ignored). I have yet to receive a response. The service is horrible. I’m so disappointed. When I tried to speak to the attorney that handled my closing he told me he had to get to his next appointment.

Busiest closing attorney office I've been to, yet very well organized. Staff is courteous, time conscious and very friendly. Will close more RE deals here for sure 👍
