“Closing started 1 hr later than actual appt time. I was unlucky that I got a "newbie" attorney who could not even explain documents thoroughly. Closing meeting was very slow. I ended up paying more money few days after the closing because they did not calculate the number correctly.”

Inability to handle complex transactions
“If you are an investor do not use these guys. They will kill a real estate deal. A simple contract cash offer turn into almost 3 weeks and still no close date scheduled so I canceled contract with them and they are going through every nit picking possible when I just want the contract cancel with them and to get my EMD back.”
