Conveniently located and used to be a good service provider. But O'Kelley & Sorohan needs to pay attention to COVID-19. I was there for a closing. There were 30+ peoples crowded in the lobby but nobody wore masks, nor staffs ask masks. Now they say sorry for "delays by absences because of a rise in covid related quarantines". Require masks~~~. It's not only for your staffs but also clients and agents. (This review is a temporary until COVID-19 ends).

Communication could be better. I struggled to get information I needed from them timely.

Terrible experience with this firm. I am a lender. I had my clients loan 100% ready to close with one exception, which was title. My team sent multiple emails asking for status updates with no response. The law firm eventually admitted to forgetting to order the title. The title was finally provided 3 business days prior to closing, but had errors. We received correct title 2 days before closing. Naturally, closing had to be delayed a few days to allow the underwriter time to process the documents, not too mention federal law requires a 3 business day waiting period once a closing disclosure is provided. The title company then tried to shift the blame to the lender saying 2 days was sufficient time time to process title. From reading other reviews, it appears making mistakes and shifting blame is common for this firm. I would NOT recommend this firm.

The closing attorney was great! Unfortunately the staff was not. My closing was delayed and what was upsetting that they were shifting the blame on me saying that I had not signed the pay off request on time which was signed no more than hour after it was sent to me. We went back and forth, still she did not admit to dropping the ball. No apologies just shifting the blame. Disappointed how she kept on.

Very pleasant and accommodating staff, free parking, and business got done quickly.

Giving them a one star is me being gracious. My experience as an agent with this firm is by far the worse. I had a closer, Lindsey, that sent my commission directly to my agency on 3 different occasions even when I provided a pay at close. It took me almost 2 months the other two times to get my commission from my brokerage.The only response I got from the closer, is the funds was already wired! I sent an email to their supervisor and to date no response no apologies. I have closed many transactions with this firm and at the end of the day they treat you like a number. They are so unprofessional and unresponsive. I don't know how a firm this large can have such poor professionalism.

I am real estate agent. I worked with O Kelley Sorohan Duluth office with a terrible experience. I have a closing with Opendoor i used them as a Opendoor recommend firm. That is a nightmare . They are slow on everything. Nobody follow email and send supporting documents. One simple documents took them 5 days can't finish. I called them 3 times a to follow up but still didn't received document. I won't recommend anyone use them. I feel disgusting work with them.
