Do not recommend the mid town office with Kelsey Blanchard. 1420 Peachtree St.

I had a wonderful experience with O'Kelley and Sorohan Law Associates. It was timely. The communication was great, and overall, it was a great experience. I would close with them again.

They handled the closing on my house. We were scheduled for a 1pm close. I spoke to the pre-closer at noon and she indicated they did not yet have a clear to close from the bank. I was told to shoot for 3pm. I was on 316 and spoke to the pre-closer again and she indicated we would need to reschedule for the next day and we were 100% NOT going to close. My agent said to go to the office anyway. We ended up closing at 5:30pm. Not sure where their miscommunication is... They did have complimentary candy and bottled water. The attorney was efficient. Just overall a confusing and mentally taxing experience.

If i could give them zero stars i would, our company has used them previously for the past years for multiple transactions around North GA and never had an issue until we sent them over our final transaction with them. They informed us they were familiar with novations and understood the process which they did not, they were very unresponsive and last minute with everything to ending up finding out they canceled our transaction same day of closing and then closed on the home without our company, We had several team members reaching out to Lindsay and was informed that they were not going to close the transaction but we ended up founding out they removed us off the deal and closed the transaction with all other parties. WE DO NOT RECOMMONED IF YOU DO NOVATIONS OR ASSIGNMENTS. Our company is doing 30-40 transactions a month as assignments and novations and we will take our clients elsewhere!!!!!

I have called several times Got the run around. I would not recommend you to Anyone.

If you are a real estate investor DO NOT use this firm! If you like POOR communication in which people involved In your transaction likes to answer calls or emails. This is the place for you. Time and communication is priority in real estate and my time has been COMPLETELY waisted. I repeat if poor service and communication is your goal then you found the right company. Nobody will answer my call or emails at the Tucker Location. Carlton and pre closer Smalls have not responded to my emails and calls in 5 days and I’m the BUYER! Super unprofessional and highly disappointing. Investors and investor agents try somewhere else. Do not risk it.

My experience with this law firm was disappointing across the board. Communication was consistently poor, with minimal updates and often no response to inquiries. The high turnover within the firm added to the frustration, as I found myself dealing with a new attorney and bringing them up to speed with no new results. Despite a significant financial investment, the outcome of my case was unsatisfactory. They failed to deliver, calling into question their competence and commitment to clients. I cannot recommend this firm based on my regrettable and costly experience.

This company and the people are Criminals avoid any business with them at all cost.

I've done countless closings with O'kelley and Sorohan. They have always gone above and beyond and done an exceptional job. Highly recommend.
