Very bad service

I'm a loan officer & my worst closing ever was with them. Trouble kept popping up before, during & even after closing. Closing took us 4 hours (omg!), lender wired the right number but they said it was not enough, the check back to buyer after closing couldn't be deposited due to they wrote all 3 borrowers' names on it Worst experience

The worst closing firm I have ever dealt with. Had the documents/hud literally 3hours before closing. Whenever checking with their staff” you will have it when it’s ready” that’s exactly how they respond. Stay away!

Went in poor. Left rich.

Disappointed with this law firm. My real estate transaction just went up in flames because of the delays from this location clearing title. Ill be avoiding them in the future. It felt like they were trying at first but then, after about 2 weeks, all communication went away. So many calls and communications made by me that went unanswered. No updates, no nothing. They have a copy of the contract too and it was set to close really soon and still no updates, no nothing. Just a whole lot of dropping the ball. On top of all that, I never once spoke to a lawyer. They had a paralegal doing it all. The lawyers matter in real estate transactions folks! So does your lender and so does your agent. You better chose wisely in a market like Atlanta.

I wanted to send a shout out to Attorney Carlton Johnson! On March 17th 2022 we were told, that we weren't going to close on our home, because the paperwork wasn't received in time, and that we would have to close on Monday. Well fast forward my realtor called me back and said get to the Attorneys office asap we're closing! On our way to the Bank to do a wire, I found out that my only brother was killed in a car accident that morning in Indianapolis, we had just received the information on the way to the closing. Attorney Carlton Johnson stepped in and made our sorrowful day a joy! He told my realtor to tell us to come on, and take our time. The office closed at 5pm, he stayed with us and took his time thru the whole process and we didn't leave till after 7pm.... Friday he had a full schedule of closings....it made my day, considering being in an extended stay for 5 months... I THANK YOU CARLTON JOHNSON FOR YOUR CARING HEART ❤ to assist us thru that process....

The place was cool. We closed on a house and the staff was nice and helpful. They offered us drinks as snacks while we waited to sign papers to close on our house.
