Due to a prior experience with a different legal firm, I was skeptical about my meeting. However, from the moment I walked in the door the receptionist, Melody was as sweet as she could be and is an absolute delight to speak with. She put me at ease immediately. Then, I met with Moses about my legal case. Moses showed genuine interest in my situation and he took the time to listen, help and explain a path forward. By the time I was done speaking with Moses it felt like a huge weight was lifted off of me. It's apparent to me the culture at Burrow & Associates is one of lifting people up with kindness and compassion. Good leadership invests in their people and in turn the people invest in their clients. This was a perfect example of that type of culture.
