My experience with Burrow & Associates was excellent. It was my first time ever using a lawyer for a car accident. From the moment we engaged with them and through out the entire process there were no surprises or frustrations. Initially we were given a thorough explanation of the process and what to expect along the way. Even when time was passing between communication we never once felt concerned because we knew to expect it. After our medical treatments were done Kathryn was so warm, understanding and patient while I organized all the paperwork and records I had collected over time, even helping me fill in the gaps by reaching out to Dr. Offices.
