This was my first time getting into an accident, and my case manager Donna has been amazing every step of the way. She was extremely helpful and thorough throughout the whole process. She answered all of my questions promptly and made the process very simple for me. She was very helpful and overall made the entire thing a lot easier for me. Thank you Donna!

If you’re looking for assurance Burrow & Associates would be your last stop, hopefully your first stop. They are very friendly, professionals and get the job done. I appreciate everything, this attorney office has help me with from the first phone call. Attorney Dave Burrow was very informative and help me get all the great answers that I was looking for, after intake things were a little shaky because you are giving all your information and gathering all your information and trying to remember dates and times but after that I spoke with Attorney Michael Burrow which is awesome, I didn’t have an appointment just asked to speak with him and he stopped a couple of hours til he helped me through my situation, now that’s a real Attorney and his wife, Laura Burrow is amazing. It is as if I have known them for quite some time Dena is always on point will get every question answered every account to the point exactly always pleasant and just make you feel very comfortable I know here it has been a wonderful journey for me and I have accomplished exactly what was needed with this attorney office. They assist me in getting to the bottom of every credit situation or concern I had. I am please and applaud with Burrow and Associates and I’m sure you would be too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Short and uncaring. I get they're a business, but I didn't find them professional and empathetic. Knowledgeable sure. Originally the receptionist and the person I spoke to was friendly even though they were very short and didn't take time to listen to concerns during the free consultation. I get that it is free but it should last more than 5 to 10 minutes to answer significant questions you have before retaining an attorney. I decided to look around and found another attorney that was kind and took the time to listen during our free consultation. Wanting to be professional I then reached out to let Barrow and Associates know I had retained a different attorney and no longer needed their help. The receptionist was rude and short. I got a reminder e-mail the next day which I did not know was automated. so I called again the next day to let them know that I didn't need their services and apologizing for any inconvenience and the receptionist said I already told him and basically hung up on me. Glad I did not choose this firm. I did forget to add to this that after I left my review I was called by this Law Firm regarding leaving a one-star review about my experience. They left a 2-minute message harassing me about my review. And told that they didn't think I felt that way and I need to revise my review because a one-star review hurts businesses. After spending over an hour and a half on the phone with them I did tell them I would revise this review to include the fact that they left me a voicemail and that I had to spend an hour and a half on the phone explaining every aspect of my phone call that proved I was uncomfortable and made to feel like an inconvenience during my initial interactions with them. The person who called stated they listened to the recorded phone calls that I had with this firm and they didn't hear anything wrong with it. However I pointed out that every single time I asked a question I was either given an extremely short answer or I was apologizing for having to ask a question because I was being rushed off the phone. You can clearly hear in my voice that I'm uncomfortable and repeatedly apologizing which is something you shouldn't have to do during a free consultation with a law firm that you were considering retaining. I will say by the end of the hour and a half they did say they would take my feedback into consideration and you can see that in their reply. I truly hope they do take into consideration everything I said and future clients feel more comfortable. I do however stand by the fact that they were very short and rude initially, and I then found them unprofessional when they decided to leave me a voicemail saying I should change my review because a one star can hurt their business. My one star review is honest and reflects my experience in my interactions with this firm. Everything in my review is accurate in regards to my experiences and my opinions. I did initially forgot to update this review but I did save the voicemail they sent me in case I would need it later and hope they don't call and leave me another voicemail after updating. At no point that I promised to update my review from a one-star but I did say I would update it regarding the fact that they called me about my one star review and I ended up speaking with them for an hour and a half. So here is that update as I was going back to update a different review and remembered I never updated this one.

I have always enjoyed a wonderful experience with this firm. The receptionist is incredibly polite, attentive, and insightful.

I was recommended Burrow & Associates for my car accident case. I mostly spoke with Kathryn Stroup, she was so nice and helpful all throughout the case, she kept in contact during the whole process and keep me informed at every step. Kathryn always answered any question I had and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I'm overall very happy with my decision to use Burrow & Associates.

I'm not very trusting of lawyers; I have an inherent distrust. However, the team at Burrow & Associates has changed my perspective. These guys are extremely knowledgeable of the bankruptcy laws and have helped me through the filing process. They were professional and very accommodating. His assistant Katherine and the entire staff worked hard to ensure that I was kept up to date with the status of my case.
