I've been working with Charlena since 2019 and it has been a wonderful experience. Her confidence and knowledge of the industry has kept me grounded, even when I wanted to panic she kept her stance and my application was approved. The receptionist was unaware of our closing and told us we were an hour early. They charged us $150 for split closing on our home. They asked for a copy of our marriage license about 2 hours before our closing. We didn't have a choice but to use them.
