David is good to work with. He was able to get my citation dropped to a simple fine. I never had to appear for a court hearing as he handled everything behind the scenes.

My confidence in him grew very quickly as we worked together to approach the claim against me. He hasa mild mannered demeanor but I would not want to go up against him in a courtroom battle. He is self assured and knows the law! I was further impressed to witness the respect David received from the court and judge we had at my hearing. I honestly believe his representation went a long way to result in the dismissal of my case. David is honest, fair and transparent. He is also available to answer questions or concerns. I never had to wait more than a few hours to hear back from him. His fees were reasonable and I did not feel overcharged in a vulnerable situation. In fact, he was more than fair. I had hired David for two tickets I had received and was able to get my tickets both dismissed and the entire process with him was very smooth. He knew what he was talking about and knew his ins and outs with the entire process. Very great highly recommend.

During a mental health break, my family needed to call 911 for help. However, instead of help from local authorities, a warrant and charges were issued. David LISTENED and UNDERSTOOD my situation and worked hard to help me prove my case. David was able to get my case turned to a diversion, instead of a conviction. My family is very thankful for an attorney who listened and worked on helping me and not letting my mental illness send me to jail or take a bunch of classes I really didn't need.
