Hi. I'm writing this because Mr Evans is a skilled attorney. Even though he is an HR attorney he has helped me twice as a police officer as my attorney civilly and in human resources. Most people don't realize how police get the runaround,sued, or defamed for doing their jobs and left out to dry or blamed for someone's else's misconduct or negligence. Howard helped me twice and was very successful against big names in the law profession. I recommend him to any police officer with civil or HR issues in regards to bad writeups, GAPOST issues, defamation, suspensions.....etc.

Very knowlegeable about employment law, I was able to collect my weekly unemployment payments,even though my previous employer contested.
