I just had a simple battery case for Cobb county man I was nervous because you never know how bad things can get but that lawyer Michael d barber he showed up and showed out one of the best lawyer I ever came across 10/10 service I’m not going to jail today yall haaaa!!!!

Getting yourself in a legal pickle is NO FUN! Thankfully, the team at Michael D. Barber & Associates responded promptly and with great success to my call for help. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with criminal issues with the legal system.

Mr.Barber was outstanding.. He represented me on a probation administrative hearing. He showed up early and showed out… He went in to my probation officer and told them his revolutionary strategy to get the case dismissed swiftly.. They felt his presence instantly! They were already convinced to not violate me before they called me in! Amazing work! Now he will get my case dismissed quick! Also Carson his secretary is amazing he is very professional, prompt and very communicative…Great job guys!! I would definitely recommend!!!

This is my first time needing a lawyer (lawfirm), before they had helped me I was scared not knowing what to do. When I called and talked to my lawyers and explained my case they was very willing to help and give me different scenarios and outcomes, they are very grateful and accommodating. Whenever I needed to talk to my lawyer/firm they was there to answer any questions about my case. If you ever need a lawyer Michael D Barber & Associates is grade A+. Without them I wouldn't have had the outcome of my case I'm grateful and happy.

Very disappointed in this Attorney and office. My case has been pending for over 4 YEARS I have attempted many times to have a meeting with Mr Barber ,Everytime I get the run around. Even after paying all the fees. I truly believe this office and attorney is hit or miss ,I’m sure deep down he’s a half decent attorney if he cares enough to pay attention to your case but it seems for the clients with bigger cases he pays attention to and for those who have smaller cases he completely forgets about . The turn over is also so high in his office that clients often fall through the cracks . It still amazing me that either the incompetence or lack of care for his clients hasn’t been addressed, an easy phone call from the attorney and him taking 5 minutes to look at my case could have helped me tremendously, Unfortunately one of my biggest regrets was using this attorney.

Michael and his staff are LOVELY. Carson, Lamar, and Kierra were super communicative, making sure I knew where to be and when, and giving me frequent status updates. Michael is so nice, and with his help, the process was much less stressful than it could have been. He is a very smart cookie, and I was grateful for his assistance.

I was wrongfully charged with a crime that I did not commit, and Michael and his associates fought tirelessly for my case, ultimately helping me achieve justice. Let me tell you guys , my experience with lawyers after being convicted to ten years in prison hasn’t Been so pleasant . I don’t trust not one lawyer ! I’ve had the worst experience you can ever think of with lawyers . MY LIFE was literally played with by lawyers which is what cost my life ten years ! Awful experience. I paid about 500 a month for a year because he kept asking for a continuance on the court case.I live in NJ so each time I got a new court date I flew back to Georgia just to find out I didn’t have to be there. If the lawyer had told me I didn’t have to be there I wouldn’t have wasted money on travel multiple times. I reached out multiple times and could never get a call back from the lawyer. I finally got a call when he said we should take the original sentence the judge was giving me a year prior. So I basically paid 500 a month with barley any contact with my lawyer and then added fees on travel for no reason.

Reliable and friendly service. Always available to answer my questions and concerns. He put me at ease throughout the legal process. Knowledgeable and defended my case with determination. Highly recommended. This is the one.
