Waste of time. De-valued my auto collision medical claim because my car wasn't damaged enough to support my claim. I had x-rays done at the local ER, seat belt burn visiable on my neck.

Pretty funny how they claim to be an injury attorney and then tell you they aren't interested because your claim is too low for them to take. My wife and I were involved in a rear end accident involving two others, a woman on north university close to Target in Winston Salem NC wasn't paying attention or whatever and hit the vehicle behind us and pushed him into our van. Didn't do much damage to the van, some light bumper damage but gave us both whip lash. To most this isn't a big deal but we both have back and neck issues, I had neck surgery last January and all of my pain returned and then some because of it. My wife and I both have vertibra messed up and some pinched nerve, I've yet to see my surgeon bc they won't take third party. Geico already took responsibly for it and the police were called, we asked this attorney to look it over and told them I still have to see my surgeon for a diagnosis. They returned our answer in a day or two with no, our claim was too low for them to take on without saying what they amount was or what it would be listed as. Told us to find another attorney and hung up, we called a few others and they all said the said B's. NC is a horrible place to get an attorney for anything, the referral line is a joke as well as is the bar. Not one person can tell you who is in whatever field you need on the line or bar.
