In July I was hit by a drunk driver who totaled my car. The other driver was from out of state, driving someone else’s car, and couldn’t provide proof of insurance. With all of the problems that presented; along with my injury, no car to drive, and realizing I’d be needing to purchase a car in a seller’s market- to say I was overwhelmed is an understatement. As a single mom I was not prepared to purchase a car or spend the savings I did have. In a panic I called Melissa and began rattling off all of the problems and concerns, and she told me not to worry about any of it- She would handle it. Whether is was fighting for a rental car, or working with the adjusters- every issue that came up she was a step ahead. All I focused on was getting better and replacing my car. She kept me in the loop and answered my questions before I could even ask them. When everything was done and it was time to settle, Melissa presented me with an amount that was very fair and I agreed with. However, two days later she messaged to let me know that the amount had changed and she in fact reached an agreement for significantly more than expected. Even knowing I was ok with the lesser amount, she continued to fight for me and get as much for me as possible. All of my bills were paid, car purchased, and was able to replace my savings- as a single mom this meant so much to have my financial security restored. I can’t say enough about Melissa!

The bad reviews keep getting a response about how they are wrong when IN FACT they are telling the truth. The fact those are the only ones being responded to says enough and especially the way you’re responding.

I have been working with Sarah and her amazing staff for years. I have never had a more pleasant experience with a attorney until I meet these wonderful people. Very professional, great response time, very knowledgeable about everything she advise you on. I worked with Melissa for a case this time around. And she was simply amazing! She went above and beyond to get my case resolve quickly.
