I received my first speeding ticket in Georgia and I had no idea if I should pay the ticket or if I should try to fight it. I consulted Jonathan Overman and he educated me on speeding tickets in GA. I learned that because I was speeding less than 14 miles per hour over the speed limit, I was better off paying the ticket rather than trying to fight it. I did not receive any points on my license, which was the primary reason I wanted to make sure I consulted an attorney. I’m from another state and in the state where I previously resided, I would have received points. Jonathan was very thorough and educated me on everything I needed to know. I would recommend him as an attorney for anything speeding-related!
