Very unprofessional and incompetent at best! My husband used this firm for a DUI charge. He went through 4 attorneys before he was forced into a plea agreement. 1st attorney left the firm, we weren't notified, was only when my husband called that he found out that he was put on to a different attorney. After trying to contact the 2nd attorney to have some questions answered for weeks and being told the attorney one excuse after another a court date was set, at this point we were panicking because we had no idea what to expect in court. Hadn't even spoken to the 2nd attorney once. So stressful having never been in trouble before he had a lot of questions. The day before court the older Overman

I would personally like to thank Overman & Overman Law Firm for everything they did for me. This Law firm save my license and career. I’m a cdl driver, and I had some serious charges that could have ruin my whole career; not only did Mr.Overman get the charges dropped; he got my whole entire case dismissed. One thing I liked about this law firm is their dedication and communication towards your case. Johnthan Overman walks and guide you through the whole process, his team assures you that everything going to be okay. Another thing I liked is that they will financially work with you. You might not be able to afford the cost at the moment due to certain circumstances, but they will work with you and still provide you with the best service. I highly recommend this law firm. I’m so grateful to still have my CDL license.

Completely unprofessional. Talks down to people and seems like he works more for the prosecutor than the client. I paid $5500 for nothing. To have someone treat me like an idiot and work for the prosecutor. I felt pressured to take a plea that I was not happy with.

I didn’t have a big case and usually you are treated as such, but they had compassion. This is not the case with them. They informed me what and how to do, very responsive. I was included in every step. Petra made sure I understood anything in laymen terms. Very productive, proficient and professional. A hidden jewel. If service is ever needed again, absolutely no question who to call.

I was incredibly happy with the experience I had working with Overman & Overman, especially their paralegal Petra, she was very professional, cared about the case and our wellbeing, answered our calls, or returned them each time in a very timely manner. I usually don’t leave these type of reviews but I’m fed up. I’ve sent numerous emails to my representative and can’t get a response. I’ve done everything on my end but can’t seem to move on because my representative won’t do what he has to do on his end. I’ve been patient long enough. I won’t get into detail but just be aware before spending your money here. COMMUNICATION is the worst!!!!

I can’t even get them to call me back. Once they have your money you are just another number and you must wait your turn in the assembly line instead of courteous and thoughtful service. It’s possible that they are good legally when it comes to trying cases but I would not know as mine is being ignored.That doesn’t matter though as there is always someone in legal trouble desperate and ready to surrender their hard earned money to be taken advantage of. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I got a speeding ticket and I contacted JONATHAN OVERMAN Right away he responded to me letting me know what to do and he would take care of it. I am very happy that the ticket was dropped and I didn’t even have to go to court. Jonathan kept me informed throughout the process.definitely I would highly recommend the team of Overman & Overman
