When it was time to have new wills drawn up, my husband and I found that the firm we previously used had an 8 week turnaround according to the person in the office. We found that most unreasonable having had our then 'current' wills prepared and signed in less than 2 weeks. I remembered hearing of Ruppenthal Law Firm and that it had great reputation. It was important the attorney we choose be an expert in Estate Law. I connected through e-mail on a weekend. That Monday, both Mr. Ruppenthal and paralegal Daria both contacted me. That afternoon a preliminary questionnaire appeared in my e-mail. On Thursday I spoke with Daria. The following Monday, we were sitting in the offices of Ruppenthal Law Firm to sign our wills, health directives and financial POAs. In ONE WEEK we were finished. The peace of mind of having the wills and supporting documents completed took a large weight off our minds. They took that worry from our shoulder and put it on theirs. The cost was very reasonable and all-inclusive. No surprises. Mr. Ruppenthal was very thorough in explaining all documents to us - making sure we understood everything and that what we wanted 'said' was precisely what we asked and received. The entire staff is professional and caring. We could not have had a better experience and we thank them sincerely. I highly recommend Ruppenthal Law Firm.
