I have nothing but good things to say about my attorney Nicholas Grandade at Cordell & Cordell in Fayetteville Georgia. In the beginning of my divorce, I hired an attorney from a different firm. My experience was terrible to say the least. I decided to do some research and went in the direction of Cordell & Cordell. Nick has been prompt and very straight forward when it came to how we should proceed with my case. I've been working with Nick for over 2 years now and he is quick to answer questions and always gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time. My ex-wife had the mind set from the beginning to take me for everything I had and thanks in large part to Nick and his knowledge of Georgia law that was far from the end results. I couldn't recommend a better lawyer to represent a man in a court system that favors women no matter the situation.

I have appreciated the hard work and effort put forth by Mr. Granade. Nicholas has guided me during the entire process. Other attorneys might try to force you down a path that you are not comfortable with taking. Nicholas has listened to me at every step and proceeds as I see fit during this process. I feel a need to address the reviews on here that say they were over charged. I have worked with many attorneys over the years and Cordell and Cordell's billing practices are fair an inline with standard practices in the legal industry. At no point do I feel Nicholas or the firm has billed unnecessary charges.

I have worked with Cordell & Cordell on several occasions and they have always been great to work with. I had the pleasure of working with Nicholas Granade each time and he handled each case professionally and was always great to work with.

My attorney for the past three years has been Nicholas Granade. My ex refused to settle, a lot was at stake and she picked a very hostile attorney who had no interest in a resolution. I didn’t get everything I wanted, but I did get more than what I’d hoped for. This is an expensive situation no matter what, and it’s not the time to find the cheapest option. Nick can not change the laws of Georgia, rewrite your personal history or be your marriage counsellor. He does bring professionalism, calm and a straightforward demeanor that really helps when your life’s upside down. He might not tell you what you want to hear, but you need to know the truth will probably be painful and expensive. Nick’s honest about it, but you still need to understand it. Bring realistic expectations of what the law allows (not what your emotions want) and you’ll be far better served. Nick brings preparation and does the research that takes time that no one wants to pay for, but is absolutely necessary. Divorce is expensive, messy, physically and emotionally draining – there’s no getting around it. There were times I had some doubts, because I was not aware of everything he was doing behind the scene, and that events were beyond my control. But when it really mattered – when it was “on the record”, under oath and changed my life; he came through every time. Nick represented me in a thorough, professional manner that exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t ask for more than that.

Terrible was my experience with the Fayetteville GA location. Outrageous fees, nickel an dime you, too many extras. 3 times the cost of the other sides attorney. Worst of in negotiations he came back with an agreement and I said ok however he got it wrong and the other attorney said no and he froze and had nothing to say. I had to take over the conversation. He was pathetic and overwhelmed by other council . They kept spending my money with other so called experts never used. Demand calls that nothing got accomplished except them billing mu their huge outrageous wasted fees on nothing

Mr. Granade was very good. He set realistic expectations and gave excellent advise.

The Law Office Of Cordell & Cordell Were Very Professional & Curious In Offering Their Services. Even Though They Weren't Able To Assist Me With My Situation They Did Everything They Could To Assist Me & Made It Perfectly Clear That They Would Be Ready & Willing To Offer Their Services At A Later Date If I Acquired Their Service.
