I am taking a minute to thank Attorney Wayne Kendall and his amazing staff for his honest, bold and prompt professionalism while handling my case. Mr. Kendall is a very smart attorney who will NOT back down to anyone. I could reach him and his staff any given time and I felt completely at ease and confident with them all. Atty. Kendall represented me in an elections case in Spalding County. I was very pleased with his representation and he will always be my first choice.

Decided to retain this firm thinking they'd protect me and my children. Atty Wayne Kendall referred me to his Associate Attorney Kimberly A Ellison to take on my Juvenile case. She was all talk; kept talking about the paperwork she would file but didn't file anything for me. She bragged on what she could do but DIDN'T DO FOR ME AND MY KIDS. In the end they dropped me after hitting me with a 7K balance after I had already given them a 10K check (because I sent an intent to sue to the opposing party). 10K gone in 3 court hearings; definitely not right. They were not in support of me expressing my rights. They don't care about you or your children. BEWARE!!! Don't waste your coins on these Attys. They will accuse you of being emotional etc. to try and make themselves look good.
