My family hired Mr. Dillon to probate and execute my father's will. Mr. Dillon was informed at the offset by my sister and me that we were ignorant to this process. We needed someone to walk us through step by step. He assured me that he would take care of our needs. To the contrary, we found ourselves dealing with an attorney who would return our calls seldomly. We never knew what to expect. The correspondences that we did recieve from him were confusing for the most part. He did not keep his word to transfer the deed to my father's property to the heirs as stated in the will. Instead he, in my opinion, demonstrated a conflict of interest by suggesting that we transfer the deed into another party's name. This suggestion was not in agreement with my deceased Father's instructions as pertaining to the will. The service, or lack of, that we recieved from Mr. Dillon were not comparable to the fees that we were charged. His alleged guidance through the process of probating my father's will was unprofessional and uncompassionate. Overall, our experiences with this attorney has left us feeling hurt and confused.

Took years (literally) to get things into court, years to file motions (saying he never got correspondence which his secretary had referred to on the phone with me), never finishing things, finally bailing when I filed a complaint - but didn't fail to charge me enough to buy a car with. He even billed the hours to prepare my bill! No other lawyer ever listed that on a statement sent to me!
