Never again calling Gillum law firm I paid her $3,000 for the down payment and she said that she was gonna get in touch with me I haven’t heard from her in 3 months and now that money is gone she said that she was gonna help me but she never did she just took my money and never heard back from her and I called the office and I emailed her 3x and nothing the line doesn’t go thru 😡

When I was surprised at work, in front of my boss, with divorce papers… I was caught flat footed and unaware of my next step. Destin was the attorney in my grandson's case she is an amazing attorney. She went over and beyond to make sure my grandson was safe. We were very pleased with the outcome. If you need a good attorney definitely give her a call.

She also just played me for 1 months owes me 3100 dollars she said she filed my anwser but I had to retain a new lawyer and she did nothing for my case but lie and scam me out of money I recommend for everyone to contact bar as I am and also take her to court for your money back as I'm doing she can't hide forever that's why they have investigators I've asked for my money back several times after I gave her a second chance to make it right because I was fooled with her lies again that she filed papers when she never did worst lawyer I've ever seen and she will soon not be a lawyer anymore anyone she owes money too should sue her as I am people like her need stopped

One star is too much ms. Gillum doesn’t even deserve that. We have been in our case for two years. Still don’t have the results we were promised. Recently we reached out to try to get an update. Phones were disconnected so we went by the office. Someone from another office in the same building advised us she moved out weeks prior. It’s not surprising at all to find out because it has been very very difficult to reach Ms. Gillum since her para-legal Eduardo left. We have reached out to the courthouse and other attorneys. No one knows where she is or how to contact her. She was paid in full and we are now out the money. Also, in the past when attempts to contact her failed she blamed it on us saying it was our fault. It has been two years in our case for contempt and adoption. The bio dad even signed his rights over and she didn't even file it with the court. We have spoke with the court and they advised us none of the documents she advised were filed have been. She constantly told us things that we now find out were not true. We highly recommend finding someone else to take your case. We like many others are filing complaints with the state bar.

Do NOT recommend! I am currently a client and can not get a hold of Destin or the firm! I was promised a 3-4month case then closed and we are going on 9 months with no communication while they keep my retainer! Multiple excuses on why my case is where it is when I do get a call back once every two months! Next step is GA state bar/bbb!

Judy and her whole team from the young lady answering the phone to the billing department are the most pleasant people I have ever met! It was so many days I was fuming and they help me calm down and in the end they showed me they listened to everything I wanted. Judy is nothing short of a warrior in the courtroom! If she can make it happen it will 100% happen. I have never been so please with a team that provides a service in my entire life! They walked me through this litigation hand in hand and put their starting line up team player to make this a home run!
