“Ted never called me back sometimes it would take me a week before he would return my phone calls, I had not seen my kids in almost 13 months when we hired him and he knew that it was time sensitive situation and the hard time i had went through with my ex-wife keeping my kids from me from the beginning basically all he did was take my money file for a modification and did nothing after that, but continue to lie to me and my father the whole time.”
