I live in Tennessee and needed an attorney in Gainesville GA for a family member. I was lucky enough to contact Weaver Law Firm. It turned out to be a excellent choice and we hired an amazing attorney Micheal George. I was extremely pleased with him. He went over and above expectations and solved problems that I thought was hopeless. I would. highly recommend him and will forever be thankful. In my opinion he is the best and will stand up for you and knows how to get the job done. He will always be my choice in attorneys.

This law firm, and particularly attorney Micheal George, was very professional in dealing with a traffic law violation issue. Responsive, expedient, and overall a great pleasure to deal with. We live in a different state than Georgia, so really needed their services and they stepped up big time. I'd highly recommend them for traffic law violations given my experiences with them.

From the 1st phone call, I spoke to attorney Michael George with Weaver Law Firm he handled my consultation and everything in between dealing with my case, never once did I feel like I was being ignored or put off onto others. His service,communication and explanation of everything involved went above and beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend this Law firm for anyone in need. Caveat Emptor- What an expensive mistake and waste of time. Buyer beware, indeed. The idea of a flat fee divorce sounds great on paper, and the sales line is good - keep them from dragging feet to incur more billable hours, but the corollary is what ended up happening to me. I gave them half of the flat fee and then promptly was effectively ignored after that. So the game seems to be - reduce the amount of work done on a case to an absolute minimum to maximize the hourly rate. Right now (and I can only estimate based on the actual action items done because they claim they don't keep a record of time spent - if you can believe that) I paid an effective rate of $1,000/hr for the simple act of receiving and replying to a divorce petition, and that's mostly for the paralegal! And they also never mentioned that the next step for me was to file a counter-claim. I find that out with my new lawyer asking why I opted not to file one. As a divorce newbie I didn't even know that was a thing. This after I repeatedly asked what the next steps were, what I needed to do. Getting calls returned or questions answered was all but impossible. As far as I can tell they didn't attempt a single conversation with opposing counsel - just went straight to scheduling mediation (surprise, surprise - the next 'flat fee' line item!) I never actually spoke to Mike Weaver (my attorney) except for the consult where I paid the upfront fee. After that I was pretty much ignored. Then they have the gall, when I told them I was getting alternate counsel for my divorce to say "I hope we have not done something to steer you in a different direction". Unbelievable waste of time and money. And, of course, as little communication as I had when I was a client goes to absolute zero now that the question of refunds are concerned. Amazing that when I called to consult he had availability the very next morning to sell me on the firm for the work, and then apparently never set foot in the office again, if I can believe the receptionist. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. The hourly rate sounds scary, but you can at least see on the statements what they're billing you for. I experienced nothing approaching a professional experience - just a slick salesman. Divorce is already bad enough without adding poor counsel to it. Don't be like me.

I would highly recommend Jason Burruss at the weaver law firm, He was amazing in the custody case of my son! He came, he went, he concurred. He obtained more than I was asking for plus some. He showed the court that a good mother will never loose their children. I felt comfortable and empowered having him on my team and as my main advocate for my son's defense. He always was easy to speak to in mediation and court and did not let me down. He keeps his end of the bargain and My family could not be happier. Gabby at the weaver law firm was amazing during this long year of hell with my Ex-Husband. She did an outstanding job with clarifying and organizing my documents for the final hearing. Thank you Both!
