Anna helped me after my husband passed away with probating his will & getting the land, home, cars, everything put in my name. It took awhile but she is top notch! If I had a question about anything that I didn’t understand she called & explained it to me. I recommend her highly. She is kind & has a wonderful personality & heart. I was impressed with Anna the first time I heard her speak at a workshop. She was very friendly, professional and well informed in her area of law. She updated our wills to our specifications and also went the extra mile to assist us with another situation.

Anna really knows how to get things done in the Fulton County Probate Court. She represented me as the Executor in an Estate involving real and personal property. There were numerous bank accounts and the banks would have been a real pain for me to deal with but Anna got them all closed out for us and took care of getting my Petition For Discharge filed and approved when it was over.

Anna helped us with our wills, healthcare directives, and setting up a trust to care for our daughter. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. Anna was engaged to assist our family with establishing our will and testamentary/QTIP trusts. It was critical to get provisions setup to detail our wishes for whom would get custody of our daughter should something happen to us. Anna did a thorough job at explaining to us basic concepts mentioned in the will and elaborating in laymen's terms what different provisions meant. She even setup having witnesses to be at the signing to take this burden off my wife and me. Her package that was delivered contained the two original wills in a nice envelope for safe keeping and she delivered two copies of the wills for us. She was professional at every step of the process and I found her to be quick to respond to us via e-mail. I plan to use her for future codicils and other estate planning matters.

My husband and I met Ms. Orkins through a referral. We are professionals with young children and needed her to help us create a will and medical power of attorney. Legalese can be difficult but Anna made sure we were comfortable with and fully understood our documents before signing them. She was both professional and warm, and got our documents ready for us in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her!
