After I was involved in a motor vehicle crash, I was given the number for Hasty Pope and contacted them right away. From day one they have been helpful and explained every step of the process. Abigail has always returned a phone call or email and was always helpful. I will use Hasty Pope for any other legal service I may need.

After having an accident and going to therapy for almost a year, I contacted the office of Hasty Pope and spoke with Dustin Davies. I am so glad I did, Mr. Davies was so helpful in explaining my options and telling me the different things I should think about. Dustin did an amazing job for me! After the insurance company failed to agree to settle my case for the policy limit within the time limit they are allowed under the law, Dustin was able to get them to settle for 3 times above the policy limit. He then obtained the policy limit from my own insurance company. This really helped me because I had a really bad shoulder injury. I’ve got to also thank Abigail, Dustin’s paralegal, for all of her hard work! I definitely recommend them!

I am 100% satisfied with the resolution that my lawyer, Dustin Davies, and his paralegal Abigail Guzman were able to obtain for my case. The insurance company, even though they were 100% at fault, initially low balled me and forced me to get a lawyer.
