Smith Hulsey Law has the absolute best workers comp attorneys in Georgia! I can’t say enough good things about how well they handled my case, extremely efficient in getting me the help I needed when the insurance company wasn’t cooperating and got my case settled with no stress on my end. After I was involved in a car wreck in May of 2024, my dad immediately contacted Rustin. I was going to have surgery and physical therapy and extensive medical bills, and we knew we would be overwhelmed with all the bills and issues. The wreck was the other drivers fault and we didn’t want to be held responsible for money out of pocket.
Rustin and Lena were awesome. They handled everything. They negotiated everything. We paid nothing out of pocket and you pay nothing to the firm, unless they collect. They are the best accident law firm in Gainesville…. bar none.
