They misplaced important documentation needed for the closing of the sale of my house. I sent them the requested information 3 weeks before closing and again 5 days before, but on closing day they were unprepared and again needed to ask me for it. Disappointing at best.

Walker, Ball and Dimo is my top pick for a Real Estate Closing. The attention to detail and communication in the pre-closing is amazing. Typically for me, Scotty Ball is the closing attorney and he takes the time to make sure my clients have a through understanding of the documents they are signing.
