I hired Mr. Owen to handle an amendment issue and was immediately impressed with his accessibility and availability to discuss my case in full detail, and his thorough process of gathering all the details that might be relevant to my case (allowed me to pain the full picture). Throughout the process, Lance kept me abreast of all issues pertinent to my case - even through a worldwide pandemic - he was very determined to keep the case moving forward and was relentless with the opposing side to get the answers we needed to keep the case moving forward as well as minimize the case dragging out any longer than necessary. Lance immediately started calling family members and looking at social media profiles on the first visit. Pulled records and other information needed for the case. Due to covid the hearing kept getting moved and we stuck with it. the child support I was paying was dropped and I got full custody of my two sons.

Lance represented me in my custody and modification case. He was referred to me by a close friend. LANCE'S WORK ETHIC: One of the many reasons that most impressed me about Lance is his work ethic. He is not a 9-5'er. He is a get-the-job done no matter what it takes (time wise). He will burn the midnight oil to prepare himself for your case. I couldn't have asked for a better representative and trust me I've had some horrible lawyers (I tried to save money hiring a rookie, (fail), then I hired a pit bull who was so busy I was ignored and when it came time to go to court she was unprepared...but the legal bill sure didn't reflect that. I handed numerous Attorneys a winning case and NO ONE did the job right nor produced the exceptional results like Lance did and clearly it was his hard work, preparedness, compassion and experience that made our case. And lastly, no one else,(in the years I've been in&out of court with my ex), could NOR DID accomplish what Lance accomplished in 6 months.
