From the time I made the initial phone call to Barry's office, to my last communication with him, he has been the most professional, honest attorney I have ever met. I reached out to him under distress. My work with another attorney in the area was not getting things done; I continued to receive excuse after excuse as to why things were not happening. Mr. Kolbo came through for me and I appreciate him. I was a victim of a hit and run and he was able to keep my license from getting suspended especially because I wasn’t at fault.
