First of all, I think Mr. Bird Gardner is a fine man, and fine attorney. Unfortunately I used Amy Fletcher. Overbearing, un professional, all knowing. Typical slick fast talking lawyer was my opinion. The only bright moment was an assistant, slim dark haired lady, I think her name is Ashley. She was pleasant and professional. Will not use again and will not reccomend.

My grandmother passed away and my mother which is an executor on her will and has tried for over 3 weeks to get a copy of the will and speak with Ashley with no return phone calls. Spoke with Mr. Bird about my concerns and all he would say is "I don't know. I can tell her how you feel but we are busy". Mind you Ashley has returned every phone call to the second executor on my grandmothers will. Very unprofessional with call backs and lack of caring due the complaints at hand.
